Company ProfileFor over 75 years International Spring Company has been been in the spring industry. It was founded in 1921 in Chicago, IL. The company relocated to Morton Grove, IL a northern suburb of Chicago. The company was acquired in 1969 by current management and has continued to grow and expand. International Spring Company expanded into new markets in 1989 by acquiring the assets and customers of Warnock Spring and Mfg. Co. Our Quality Assurance Department insures reliability of product and adherence to customer specification through its emphasis on supplier quality control, defect prevention, process control and continuous improvement. Using statistical tools to assure process stability and capability, we identify causes of variation in manufacturing processes in order to keep them in satisfactory control. Our emphasis is on the prevention of defects rather than detection and rejection. We use the latest inspection equipment to assist in making inspections.
