Q. Do you make your own tooling?
A. ISCO produces all of its own tooling. This assures customers of very little down time.

Q. How can I receive springs that will not be tangled?
A. ISCO has various different methods in which to package springs to eliminate or reduce tangling to a manageable level.

Q. Do you have prototyping and special engineering services?
A. ISCO can make from 1 spring to millions of springs.  We will manufacture springs to your specifications and offer design suggestions for your particular spring environment.

Q. What are your credit terms?
A. Net 30 days on pre-approved customer credit. All other orders will be COD shipments.
