International Spring Company receives Certificate of Registration.

The Independent Registrar Entela, Inc.-Quality Systems Registration Division recognizes International Spring Company/Warnock Spring and Mfg. Co. with ISO 9002 and QS9000 Certificate of Registration.

    Morton Grove, IL, February 11, 1998 -- International Spring Company and Warnock Spring and Mfg. Co. proudly announces the achievement of ISO 9002 and QS9000 compliance, and has been registered with the Certificate of Registration number 98-007 dated January 19, 1998 by Entela, Inc, Quality Systems Registration Division, an accredited third party registrar based in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
    International Spring Company/Warnock Spring and Mfg. Co. manufacture a complete line of precision springs for the automotive and non-automotive industries.   The company has facilities in Morton Grove, Illinois.
